Text Box: Let’s face it...we are busy...so we must commit! Lots to choose from:
Creative Corner — Hands-on Workshops
Branch out over Breakfast
Lunch and Learn
Chick Chat Sessions

Happily, I am seeing more and more women take a little time for themselves. I think it comes with age and stage of life. The first several years of motherhood are very taxing on your mind, body and spirit. Hardly any time or thought goes into looking after even your basic needs — let alone indulging in something that you may want to do.

Once you manage to get your “just for me” time back and start to do little things— then just make a commitment. It doesn’t matter what it is...in fact why not try a variety of things. Remember this — when you take time for yourself you are a better mom, wife and person for it.

Here are some of the inspiring programs we offer. You can check the schedule to see what works for you. And if you can’t find it on the schedule let us know. You can either put a group of friends or colleagues together, or we will do our best to fit it in the schedule as soon as we can.
